Procurex’s Purchasing Management involves two phases:
- Orientation Phase: Procurex will analyze all key business needs, identify current problems or issues in purchasing, and set expectations. We will become oriented with the existing systems, data, items, vendors and processes currently used to interface with and support manufacturing and operations. Procurex will establish an acceptable timetable for managing the various spend categories and establish communication protocols and systems.
- Operational Phase: This includes the day-to-day management of purchasing for your organization.
